In order to make easier relationship with our customers, SAS Qualios organizes each year a user group meeting to which each customer is invited to participate.

This meeting allows to :

1. discuss between our customers about using Qualios software

2. better put in progress our customers demands about the evolutions of Qualios software

3. help our customer to have a better use of Qualios software by taking advantage of other customers

experience.

This meeting are a part of our quality management in accordance to our Iso 9001 certification because they represent a true progress axe in the management customer satisfaction
