Phase 01 :
Creating the document
The author drafts his/her document with Qualios. The signatories
and broadcasting groups/services are defined during the drafting of the
document.
Phase 02 :
Validating the document
When the author has drafted his/her document,
this one is submitted for endorsement. Signatories learn the existence of
a new document by the intermediary of an e-mail. A link in the e-mail
allows them to view the new Qualios document and to either, endorse or
refuse it. If refused, a reason for this must be given. Each time there
is a refusal to endorse, the cycle is stopped and the author receives
notice of the refusal with the reason of this. Therefore, the document
can be modified accordingly and be re-submitted to the validation cycle. |

Phase 03 :
Broadcasting the document
When the document is validated, each user concerned by the
broadcasting of the document is informed (by e-mail and/or with the box
of « tasks in progress » in the portal). He/she has to
acknowledge receipt of the document with an electronic signature.
Phase 04 :
Management of document versionning
If the document has to evolve, the author drafts the n+1 version
of the document. The new version so is in phase 1 of the operating mode.
