Introduction

Qualios SAS offers its customers a software platform for digitizing business processes and consulting and support services to help them streamline their processes and information flows and increase agility and compliance. Our first commitment is to comply with applicable data protection legislation and in particular with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (DGPS).

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy describes the personal data we collect, how it is used and shared, and your rights in this regard. It applies to all users of Qualios SAS products and services.

Collection of your personal information

As part of your use of our products and services and your browsing on our websites, Qualios SAS collects several categories of data, the details of which are given below. These data come from:

  •     Information you provide us, when you contact us and exchange with our teams or submit a request for information on our website. This personal information allows us to identify you and to set up an effective professional follow-up. In general, this information is necessary when we provide you with a product or service or inform you about our news, events and product innovations. We do not collect sensitive data such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning the sexual life or sexual orientation of individuals
 

Use of your personal data

The personal information collected by Qualios SAS is used to provide, manage and improve our products and services, to develop new ones and to protect both our users and ourselves.

Such data may not be on the categories as indicated in Article 9 of European Regulation 2016/679, namely personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of a natural person.

Nature of the operations carried out on the data

Monitoring of the commercial relationship: monitoring of commercial exchanges, processing of quotations, orders, invoices and customer payments.

Follow-up of the technical relationship: installation of Qualios software or new versions, updates, management of improvement requests, hotline, correction of anomalies (bugs).

Name, first name, telephone (professional) and e-mail address (professional) of Qualios SAS contacts at the CLIENT, PROSPECT or PARTNER
Categories of data subjects

Employees or external third parties acting on behalf of the CLIENT, PROSPECT or PARTNER in the context of commercial or technical management for the use of the Qualios software.

Qualios SAS sometimes uses other companies to provide certain services on its behalf. This may include, for example, hosting websites or their applications, sending newsletters about our products and services, price lists, answering customer questions about our products and services, sending information about our products, special offers or other new products. We will only provide these companies with the

Retention of your personal information

Customer data are kept for the duration of the commercial and technical relationship. Qualios SAS deletes your information or makes it anonymous upon request.

Qualios SAS keeps your invoicing details for a period of 10 years from the closure or deletion of your account in order to comply with our accounting, social and tax obligations.

Security of your personal information

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and ongoing resilience of

our information systems and your personal data.

We use various security technologies and procedures to ensure that your personal data is protected and that it is not accessed, used or disclosed without authorization. For example, we store the data you provide to us on servers with limited access that are located in monitored facilities. In addition, when we transmit sensitive confidential information over the Internet, this information is protected by means of an encryption system such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) or any other techniques that allow the encryption of this information.
